The great thing about this vegan parmesan is that it can easily be whipped up in LESS than 5 minutes! Easy to make the recipe using only 3 ingredients.

Ingredients
- 1 ½ cup pepitas (pumpkin seeds)
- ½ cup nutritional yeast
- 1 ½ tsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Combine all of the ingredients in a food processor and pulse until broken down into a coarse powder. Transfer to an airtight container. Leftovers will keep in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
