Peanut burger is a nutritious and healthy snack loved by all. If you love peanuts, surely you will love peanut burgers. Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbsp paprika
  • 1 cup arugula
  • 4 tbsp peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 slices tomato
  • 1 egg
  • 1 pickle
  • cracked pepper

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, mix the ground beef, egg, paprika, salt and pepper.
  • Form 4 even patties.
  • Fry in olive oil until browned.
  • Layer the ‘burger’ starting with the patties as buns then top with salad, pickle, tomato and peanut butter.
  • Wrap in paper and serve.
