Mozzarella Sticks
These fried cheese sticks are very easy to prepare and sooo good. It turns out they are effortless to make yourself and taste even better when they’re freshly made. This recipe is excellent for snacks, and your kids will love it too!

Ingredients
- 10 oz block mozzarella
- ¼ cup psyllium husk
- ½ cup hemp seeds
- ¼ cup almond flour
- 2 eggs
- coconut oil for frying
Instructions
- Cut the block of mozzarella into 12 sticks.
- In a bowl beat 2 eggs. In another, add psyllium, hemp seeds and almond flour.
- Coat the sticks in the egg, then the dry mixture. Freeze until solid (about 40 minutes). Repeat and freeze again.
- Heat ¼ cup of coconut oil and fry the sticks until crisp and browned.
- Drain and serve with low-carb ketchup.
