As part of your central nervous system, which also includes your spinal cord and an extensive network of nerves, your brain functions as the body’s control center. Your brain and the central nervous system control everything throughout your entire body and all its functions.

When this happens, the body will begin to attack it, thus setting up the symptoms of some of these types of diseases. This can eventually lead the body to attack itself, bringing about autoimmune diseases like Lupus.
