Dr. Ryan Lacuna
Ryan is a Naturopathic Doctor, Exercise Physiologist, Medical Researcher, and a Professor. He is a graduate of Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine in Integrative Medicine (Summa cum Laude), Master of Science in Psychology, Bachelor of Science in Psychology.
As a naturopathic doctor, he induces optimal health using naturopathic integrative assessment and counseling. Being an exercise physiologist makes him knowledgeable in providing exercise plans for patients with various diseases. His medical research about the conventional and integrative benefits of different medical regimes has been published in several international publications.
He also serves in the academy as a professor of health, medical sciences, and psychology.

Kanika Verma
Kanika Verma Is An Ayurveda Consultant (BAMS, MMS, PGDPC, PGDVA) With A Focus On Preventive Ayurveda. She Specializes In Ritucharya Consultation (Ayurveda Preventive Seasonal Therapy) And Satvavjaya (Ayurvedic Mental Health Management), and has more than 10 years of experience.
Kanika is a qualified psychotherapist with a specialization in mindfulness. She loves to combine mental healing along with physical treatment. Her knowledge of Vedic medical astrology adds accuracy to her diagnosis and disease prediction.
Kanika believes that everyone can stay perennially healthy by simplifying the mind, diet, and lifestyle.
