Ingredients

  • 2 lb 70/30 Ground Beef
  • 1 jar of low sugar Marinara (like Raos)
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • 2 cups Beef stock
  • 2 cups Mushrooms
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ onion
  • 1 tbsp Cayenne
  • 1 Avocado

Instructions

  • In a large pan on a low-medium heat, fry diced onion and garlic until caramelized.
  • Add mushrooms and ground beef and cook until browned.
  • Pour in Marinara sauce, cayenne and beef stock.
  • Reduce heat and cook until reduced and sauce has thickened – about 30 minutes.
  • Serve with sliced avocado.
