Cauliflower Mash

This recipe is so easy, healthy and easier to make than mashed potatoes. This is an awesome alternative, and people who hate vegetables love it. This recipe may be low in carbs but they taste just as good as regular mashed potatoes. If you haven’t tried this before, you will fall in love with this recipe.

Ingredients

  • 1 medium head cauliflower
  • 4 tbsp chives
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  • Chop a medium head of cauliflower into medium sized pieces.
  • Fill a pot with water, bring to a rolling boil and place a steamer on top.
  • Add cauliflower and steam for 10-15 minutes until softened.
  • Add to a food processor with butter, garlic powder and a pinch of salt.
  • Puree and serve with chopped chives.
