
Breakfast Burrito
These are one of my favorites! It is hard to believe how simple, fast and comfortable they are and there’s no excuse to pass on the most important meal of the day when you have this genius breakfast burrito recipe on hand. Nothing beats this, and yes, they taste so much better! It's healthy, fun & easy to make!

Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1 leaf romaine
- 1 tbsp cream
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp butter
- 3 ounce polish sausage
- 3 tbsp bell pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
Instructions
- Place oil in a pan on a medium-high heat.
- Cook the sausage until browned and place to the side.
- Beat the egg, cream, minced bell pepper, paprika, salt and pepper.
- Add the butter to the pan and melt.
- Scramble the egg mixture.
- Fill a romaine leaf with the sausage and egg.
