Berry & Chia Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 cup chia seeds
  • 1 cup coconut cream
  • 8 oz coconut water
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • freeze dried raspberries
  • cocoa nibs

Instructions

  • On a food processor or blender, puree Raspberries and Strawberries.
  • Add coconut water, coconut cream and cocoa powder and mix.
  • Transfer to a bowl and mix gently with chia seeds.
  • Refrigerate overnight until chia seeds have swelled and doubled in size.
